R. L. Payne &
Associates,
Inc. was established
in College Station, Texas as a full services architectural firm
with an
emphasis on producing quality design,
visualization,
planning and
contract administration services. Our dedication
to
quality design and
our clients encouraged our experience and growth in interior design and
graphics. In addition to traditional services, we are experienced in
all construction types and methods of delivery.
Our plan begins with the “Design Team”.
The Design Team
for Traditional
methods is made up of the owner, the architect, and professional
consultants. In Design-Build, the contractor becomes an integral part
of the Design Team. The choice of engineering and other consultants is
custom tailored to the specific needs of the owner and the project.
Once the Design Team is assembled, the “Design Approach” begins.
Design Approach for all methods of delivery and for all
phases of a
project demands an active role by all team members. Every project has
specific objectives, needs, and constraints, which must be identified
and incorporated into the design. Careful listening, documentation and
analysis are all important. Flexibility
must be considered in every
solution. Alternate solutions as well as new technologies are always
considered. Once the best solution is identified, production begins.
Performance is our key.
During production we endeavor to
meet
performance standards and project schedules. Personal daily involvement
in every project ensures success. Careful
attention to our clients and
attention to detail also contribute to our success. We feel that it is
critical to keep the client/user involved and informed throughout all
phases of design and construction.
The personal service R.L.
Payne provides in both design
and during
construction, assures our clients of successful projects that meet
their schedule and budget. Our dedication to quality design and
architecture is our contribution to our clients, the community and our
profession.
